Naya loves the forest. After school, she goes for a walk on the little path.
Today, the sun is shining through the trees. It's very pretty.
Suddenly, Naya sees something purple between the trees. She leaves the path to go and see.

She arrives at a small clearing. In the middle, there is a magnificent flower! It is purple and gold. Naya has never seen such a beautiful flower.

"You look magnificent!" she said softly.
But then, Naya sees trash everywhere. Bottles, papers, plastic bags... Naya is very sad.

"I can't leave you like this," she said to the flower.
She starts picking up the trash. It's hard work, but she doesn't stop. After a while, it's already cleaner.
Suddenly, a boy arrives. His name is Tom.

"You picked all that up? That's great! I can help you if you want."
Naya is happy.
"Okay! See you tomorrow?"
"Yes! And we'll put up a sign to protect the forest!"
Naya returns home, tired but happy. She is no longer alone. With Tom, she will protect this magical place.
But what she doesn't know yet is that this discovery is only the beginning of a great adventure...
Naya loves walking in the forest after school. That day, the sun shone through the trees, creating patches of golden light on the ground. She walked along the little path she knew so well. The air smelled sweet, of earth and pine needles.
Suddenly, she sees something unusual: a purple flash that contrasts sharply with the greens and browns of the forest.

"What is it?" she whispers.
Curious, she leaves the path and ventures between the trees. The branches crackle under her feet. She parts the ferns in her path.
After a few minutes, Naya arrives at a small clearing she has never seen before. In the center, bathed in a ray of sunlight, is a magnificent flower.
It is as big as her hand, with purple and gold petals that shine in the light.
Naya approaches gently, almost on tiptoe. She crouches down in front of the flower and observes the delicate veins on the petals, the shimmering golden center.

"You look magnificent..." she whispers.
She commits every detail to memory so she can draw it later.
Then Naya gets up and decides to explore the clearing. That's when she notices something terrible: trash. Everywhere. Plastic bottles, candy wrappers, bags hanging from bushes, even an old rusty can.

"Oh no..." Naya murmured, her heart aching.
How can anyone leave rubbish in such a beautiful place? She picks up a bottle with disgust. The plastic is dirty and covered in dirt.
"I can't leave you like this..." she said to the flower.
An idea comes to her. She can't pick everything up today, but she can start. And she'll come back tomorrow.
Without waiting, Naya picks up the trash one by one. She makes a small pile with the bottles on one side and the papers on the other. It's long and tiring. Her hands get dirty. But she doesn't stop.
After an hour, she had filled two large bags. The clearing is not yet perfectly clean, but it's already better.
Naya sat down on the ground, exhausted but satisfied. The flower seemed to shine even brighter now.
"I'll be back tomorrow," she promises.
It was at that moment that she heard footsteps. She turned around quickly. A boy her age was coming into the clearing. He had messy brown hair and was wearing a green t-shirt.
"Oh! Hi!" he said with a big smile. "I didn't know anyone knew about this place!"
Naya gets up, a little wary.
"Hi... Me neither. I just found out."
The boy approaches and looks at the bags of rubbish.
"Wow! You picked up all that? That's great!"
Naya shrugs, embarrassed.
"I couldn't leave this place like this."
"I agree! My name is Tom."
"My name is Naya."
Tom looks around him.
"You know what? I can help you if you want. We'll go faster together."
Naya is surprised.
"Really? You would do that?"
"Of course! The forest is important. If we don't protect it, who will?"
Naya smiled for the first time.

"Okay. See you tomorrow after school?"
"Perfect!" exclaimed Tom. "And we could put up a sign asking people not to throw their trash here."
Naya's eyes light up.
"It's aExcellent idea! We could decorate it with drawings!
"Yes! And we could draw the purple flower! That way, people will understand that there's something special to protect!"
Returning home that evening, Naya felt tired but satisfied. She had discovered a wonderful place that she intended to protect. And now, she was no longer alone.
But what she doesn't know yet is that this discovery is only the beginning of a great adventure...
Naya loves to walk in the forest after school. That day, the sun shone through the leaves of the trees, creating patches of golden light on the ground. She walked along the little path she knew by heart, watching the birds hopping from branch to branch.
The air is fresh and smells pleasantly of damp earth and pine needles. Naya breathes deeply, happy to be there, far from the noise of the school and the city.
Suddenly, something catches her eye. A burst of unusual color, a deep purple that contrasts sharply with the greens and browns of the forest. It's not a flower she recognizes, and yet she thinks she knows every plant in the area.

"What is it?" she whispers, squinting to see better.
Curious, she leaves the main path and ventures between the trees. Branches crackle under her feet. She parts the ferns in her path, advancing carefully so as not to damage the young shoots.
The purple glow seemed to be coming from a little further away, where the trees were less dense. Naya quickened her pace, increasingly intrigued.
After a few minutes of walking, Naya arrives at a small clearing she has never seen before. She stops abruptly, her mouth slightly open.
In the center, bathed in a ray of setting sun, was a magnificent flower, as big as her hand, with purple and gold petals that shimmered in the light. It was the most beautiful flower Naya had ever seen. Its petals had iridescent reflections, as if someone had painted them with precious colors.

Naya approaches slowly, almost on tiptoe, as if afraid of breaking a magical moment. She crouches down in front of the flower and observes every detail: the delicate veins on the petals, the golden center that sparkles in the raking light, the edges of the petals that seem almost transparent.
"You are magnificent..." she whispers admiringly.
She etches every detail into her memory, so that she can recount it later and draw it in her notebook once she returns home.
Then, satisfied, Naya gets up and decides to explore the clearing a little. Perhaps there are other hidden treasures?
That's when she notices something that makes her shudder with disgust. Trash. Everywhere in the clearing. Empty plastic bottles, candy wrappers, plastic bags hanging from bushes, even an old rusty can half-buried in the ground.

"Oh no..." Naya murmured, her heart aching.
How can anyone leave rubbish in such a beautiful place? How can anyone be so disrespectful towards nature?
She approaches a plastic bottle and picks it up with disgust. The plastic is dirty and covered in dirt. She looks around and realizes there is far too much trash for her to pick up with her hands.
Naya stood there for a moment, in the middle of the clearing, her gaze sad. The beautiful flower now seemed surrounded by a circle of waste, as if pollution wanted to suffocate it.
"I can't leave you like this..." she said softly to the flower, as if it could hear her.
An idea takes root in her mind. She can't pick everything up today, but she can start. And she can come back. Tomorrow. And the day after. Until the clearing is clean.
Without waiting, Naya begins to pick up the trash one by one. She makes a small pile with the plastic bottles on one side and the papers on the other. It's a long and tedious job. It's tiring. Her hands are getting dirty. She's sweating. But she doesn't stop.
"One less piece of waste, that's something..." she told herself to motivate herself.
After an hour, she had filled two large bags that she luckily had in her backpack. The clearing wasn't perfectly clean yet, but it was already better. Much better.
Naya sat down on the ground, exhausted but content. She looked at the purple and gold flower, which seemed to shine even brighter now that the trash around it had disappeared.
"I'll come back tomorrow," she promised. "And I'll finish the job."
It was then that she heard footsteps behind her. She turned around quickly, surprised. A boy her age, maybe a little older, was coming into the clearing. He had messy brown hair and was wearing a faded green t-shirt. He stopped when he saw her, looking astonished.
"Oh! Hi!" he said with a big smile. "I didn't know anyone knew about this place!"
Naya gets up, a little wary.
"Hi... Me neither, I didn't know. I just found out."
The boy approaches and his gaze falls on the garbage bags that Naya has filled.
"Wow! You picked up all that? That's great!"
Naya shrugs, a little embarrassed.
"Well... I couldn't leave this place like that. It's too beautiful here."
The boy nods his head enthusiastically.

"I completely agree! My name is Tom, by the way."
"My name is Naya."
Tom looks around him, his hands on his hips.
"You know what? I can help you if you want. We'll clean all this up faster together."
Naya looks at him, surprised. She hadn't expected to find an ally so quickly.
"Really? You would do that?"
"Of course!" Tom replied emphatically. "The forest is important. If we don't protect it, who will?"
For the first time since she discovered the trash, Naya is really smiling.
"Okay. So, deal done. See you tomorrow after school?"
"Perfect!" exclaimed Tom. "And you know what? We could also put up a sign asking people not to throw their trash here. That way, we can prevent it from happening again."
Naya's eyes light up.
"That's an excellent idea! We could decorate it with drawings of the forest and animals!"
"Yes! And we could even draw the purple flower! That way, people will understand that there's something special to protect here!"
"I really hope it works..."
"It'll work! You'll see!"
Returning home that evening, after sorting and disposing of the waste in the appropriate containers, Naya felt both tired and satisfied. Her legs were heavy, her hands still dirty despite several washes, but her heart was light.
She discovered a wonderful place that she intends to protect. And now, she's not alone anymore. Tom is with her on this mission.
But what she doesn't know yet is that this discovery is only the beginning of a great adventure...
